Montreal’s biggest outdoor venue “Beach Club” announced that patrons will be able to purchase alcoholic beverages with crypto from next year and which they made the announcement on May 12. The aforementioned shows that Crypto payments are becoming more and more widespread.
According to Olivier Prmeau, the owner of Beach Club, he stated that the Bitcoin and Ethereum payments will be accepted by Beach club and it will be the first club to accept such cryptocurrency payments.

Which suggests that part of the reason businesses are keen to accept crypto for payments has as much to do with getting free publicity, as it done the future of the digital economy
