On April 30th, Hotbit a Centralized Exchange was the victim of a hacking attempt.
Though there was a hacking attempt on Hotbit, but the hacking attempt did no tamper with their assets but the data of users was compromised and which eventually corrupted the database.
However, while there are attempts to restore to normality, trading deposits and withdrawals have all been put on hold.
Through twitter, Hotbit, the Chinese exchange have been in constant communication actively, but which the service was interrupted week Hotbit is well known for listing a diverse range of assets, making it a popular spot among more risk averse investors.
