The United States Department of Homeland Security has announced that it is nursing the idea of developing a monitoring framework to effectively track Zcash and Monero transactions through enhanced forensic analytics capabilities.

As per the archive, blockchain observing structures designed for Zcash and Monero are of unique enthusiasm to the DHS on the grounds that its current Bitcoin-centered investigation abilities “cover just a constrained degree inside the domain of cryptographic forms of money.” The venture into the security digital money region is planned to keep pace with more up to date blockchain executions and exhibit that the DHS has adequate extensibility to manage the risk presented by unlawful shrouded exchanges.

An excerpt from the document reads:

“A key feature underlying these newer blockchain platforms that is frequently emphasized is the capability for anonymity and privacy protection. While these features are desirable, there is similarly a compelling interest in tracing and understanding transactions and actions on the blockchain of an illegal nature. To that end, this proposal calls for solutions that enable law enforcement investigations to perform forensic analysis on blockchain transactions.”

  5. I look after a vape store website directory and we have had a posting from a vape shop in the United States that additionally markets CBD product lines. A Calendar month later on, PayPal has written to use to say that our account has been limited and have asked us to get rid of PayPal as a payment solution from our vape store website directory. We do not retail CBD products such as CBD oil. We simply provide online marketing services to CBD firms. I have taken a look at Holland & Barrett– the UK’s Major Health and wellness Retail store and if you take a close peek, you will witness that they sell a relatively comprehensive series of CBD items, particularly CBD oil and they also happen to accept PayPal as a settlement solution. It seems that PayPal is administering double standards to different companies. Because of this stipulation, I can no longer accept PayPal on my CBD-related internet site. This has constricted my payment choices and now, I am seriously dependent on Cryptocurrency payments and direct bank transfers. I have gotten in touch with a barrister from a Magic Circle law practice in London and they said that what PayPal is undertaking is totally illegal and discriminatory as it ought to be applying an uniform criterion to all companies. I am still to consult another lawyer from a US law office in The city of london to see what PayPal’s legal position is in the USA. For the time being, I would be highly appreciative if anyone here at targetdomain could offer me with substitute payment processors/merchants that work with CBD firms.
