UK-based cellular provider, Vodafone, recently flaunted Bitcoin in their latest German advert which debuted on the company’s Facebook page on February 17th and they titled this ad thus on Twitter: “What will Grandma give you if everyone pays with Bitcoin in the future?”
Vodafone should not be blamed for this as they are eager to key into the future. Following the recent happenings in the cryptocurrency and blockchain technology sector many organisations are starting to identify with digital assets.
Some see the ad on the company’s Facebook profile as an insult targeted to Facebook.
